Two interviewees asked couple of questions about the career path. They were friendly and very calm. The internet quality wasn't so great on my side though. They were kind of enough to answer all my questions.

Lacking. I previously held this position for 5 years before advancing my career centric to increased pay. I recently noticed that there was a posting for the position with a pay range where my previous salary (which I was told was "at market") at the bottom of the scale and the top end of the scale closer to what I am making now. I reached out to my previous manager via phone call; they said to send an application, and noted that they were looking to make a decision within the next 2 weeks, and I was not dignified with a response despite several attempts to follow up with said manager and their HR department 4 weeks after initial contact. Absolutely unprofessional to ghost people you know.
