Asked about experience, a few roleplay questions, and some general tech knowledge. Overall it was a very straightforward process. The interview is held out on the call center floor, so they are looking to see if you are easily distracted.

They reached out via email after I submitted an application, I got a phone call to do a screening basically, then did a video interview and got a phone call a few days later.
