Very straightforward, interviewer was pleasant and courteous. It started with an exchange of pleasantries but quickly got down to brass tacks. The whole interview only took around thirty minutes before wrapping up.

i received a phone call from HR from Disney. She conducted 2 screen interviewed. The whole process took about 3 months. Disney has a slow recruiting party due to the hierarchical nature of the company.
