Overall process took a month from the inital recruiter call. Technical phone screen was a basic hashmap question. And then scheduled for 4 rounds of on-site, DS and Algo questions were leet code medium using DFS/BFS, binary search. Design question - logic-tree-to-SQL compiler, focus on optimization, concurrency
It starts with some basic Java/Springboot/Kafka (producer and consumer etc.) questions, and then use Google docs to write 3 Leetcode questions(Easy to Medium) about String and HashMaps. Took around 40 mins.
