The interview conducted with first round being with the technical manager and within one week I was then calles by the HR telling me about the salary structure, and if I agree only then the second round will be conducted. The second round was done by one senior manager and the manager from the first round. The second round was managerial /cultural fit while first was purely technical. Average first round and easy managerial. They didn't call after that. I called them. Despite answering everything best in the managerial, they rejected saying feedback was not good and I was shocked to hear. They didn't mention any specifics or what went wrong which something I was looking forward to.
