Entrevista
First, was a phone call interview. Then they sent me a technical test. They didn't care about it's for a Junior or Senior position, they required the same level for everyone.
We want to thank you for your feedback, and we're very sorry to hear about your experience. We value and consider it and we'll continue to find ways to improve.

Overall impression: people doing interviews is very thoughtful and kind but the process was a bit too extended in time. The process steps were: 1) Talk with recruiter 2) Technical test from home 3) Technical interview 4) Behavioral interview with hiring manager 5) Values interview with TA In all the steps the people involved in the interviews was very thoughtful and kind, even in the technical interview (with is not so common) and gave me the feeling that they really try to know you to assess properly your skills and knowledge, helping you show them. I appreciate that a lot and really made me want to work along these people. In the bad side I'll say it's a long process, but I don't think it's longer in steps than in similar companies in the area. A bit more of detail of every step: 1) The initial call is pretty straighforward, to explain a bit about you and know a bit about the company and offer. 2) The homework task requires your time and availability, but there is no deadline which make it easier to handle. 3) The technical interview is as hard as it is, part defending your previous assigment, part talking about your experience and part technical questions. 4) The behavioral interview has to parts: a task priorization part and the stories one. The second part was quite flexible as you may or may not have an exact story for an exact example, but they have tons of questions prepared so many will fit. 5) The values interview requires you to read the candidate folder (that you are provided before in the process) and talk about what you (literally) value. As I was told, it's a way to check for red flags but probably you'd be OK if you are at this point.
