I was approached in Linkedin from for their Bangladesh Office. After I said yes these were the rounds I went through:
- Phone call interview: Basic questions, some were technology based, salary expectations etc. Full conversation happened in English.
- Task: I was given a simple java crud project but constraint was I had to complete it using full TDD approach. I was given 2 days. After that I had to share the github repo to them
- Technical Interview: There were three persons, mostly one person asked most of the questions like basics of java / frameworks and some tools technology. After that the second person gave me a simple leetcode type problem and some additional technical questions. Total duration was almost an hour and full conversation happened in English.
After 2-3 weeks I got phone call from the HR and directed to their regional MD, talked about job perks and negotiated for salary. Finally got the offer letter after a day or two.
