Interviews seemed more like open conversations. Had to chase up twice by phone when I didn't hear back. They eventually emailed to say I wasn't successful after a 2nd interview. When I asked for feedback they told me the salary I asked for was more than they were willing to pay despite me informing of my salary requirements in the 1st interview. Then that my current ledger isn't as large and role doesn't deal with complex accounts like theirs?!
