Filled out an online application. A few days later I was called for an interview. During the interview I had to take a skills assessment, nothing too complicated just following directions and basic math. The interview questions were standard. After the interview I was given a piece of paper for a drug test. She never said "we want to hire you" I had to ask if this meant I was hired. She said yes.
