Want people to learn the products to be able to market it to the customer, you do have to take an assessment once in the store for the interview but it is not difficult.

Tell me about a time that you were faced with a difficult customer and how did you handle it.
Interview was 20 minutes and asked basic questions. Interviewer was very friendly and welcoming. They bring you into the office and ask all the basics. They ask about past jobs and why you want to work there.

I met with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager of the store, it was a typical interview. They asked about my work experience and my availability. There was also a drug test offsite (urine).

Quick and basic questions. Nothing extreme hired on the spot and started the following week. Very nice manager who interviewed. Wanted my history & work experience. Usually I’m pretty anxious during interviews but not this one.
