Quick process, I was called in for an interview for the next day. I had an interview and was hired day of. Total of three employees interviewed me. Overall was pretty easy.

When we’re you faced with a difficult situation and how did you overcome it?
Phone screening, then setup an interview. Interview was well, felt comfortable just general questions nothing out of the ordinary. Typical pharmacy setting questions along with flexibility due to volume of the retail store. Asked for experience

Pretty straight forward interview. Met with store manager and Pharmacy Manager and went over job and why I’d be qualified. Take notes and act interested. Having healthcare experience or knowledge of computers is a definite plus.
Conversational and very easy going. Asked situational questions and questions about difficult situations. Also provided situations and asked how you would overcome or solve them. Overall would recommend applying there
