Was able to schedule my interviews quickly and they were very responsive to emails. They asked very basic questions about your background as well as your motivations for applying. The recruiters were very nice and easy to talk to.

I was interviewed by a pharmacy manager with decades of experience, she asked a list of questions, she did not offer me the job then but when i got my license she offered me a position close to my place but I was in need and they knew that so they basically talked me in going to rural place by reversing my offer for place close to my house.Since i was in need i accepted the offer
There were behavior based interview questions, tell me about yourself, strengths and weaknesses. Usually with a pharmacy and store manager. Maybe with a district manager. A tour is given if interview is in person.
Interview process was really easy - they ask basic questions for any normal pharmacist job and a routine screening. I worked at Walgreens as an intern for most of my college years so there wasn't much additional screening for hiring as a pharmacist.
