Applied online, next did a skill assessment test, then received a phone call for an interview at the store. interviewed at a store location for about 1 hour with the executive assitant manager, and 1 hour with the store manager. Was offered a job within 24 hrs of interview. FYI the store you interview at may not be the store you work at, or even train.

basic situations, describe a situation where you had to work with a team to solve a problem, how did you solve it and what was your role?l, describe a situation where you had to deal with a customer complaint, how did you solve it? Describe a situation where a employee had a problem finishing a project on time, how did you help them complete it?
This entire procedure was nice and easy. Not very challenging. I was not well prepared. I did not get the offer. It's my own issue. There were some behavioral based interview questions.
the interview process was very easy and efficient. They asked questions about previous experience and how I qualify for the position. They answered any questions I had and were quick in letting me know their decision.

The interview process is very easy. In the end assistant manager position is a glorified stocker with extra tasks and duties. Questions asked are situational and behavioral scenarios. Interviews are conducted by store managers
