It was very easy. They ask you about eight questions related to good customer service. Everyone gets asked the same questions so you don't have to worry about prejudiced questions. They ask you to respond to the questions in deatil. It's best to use from past work experience because it shows that you know what you're doing. But it's always alright to use school or volunteer as an example. The questions are just "Tell me an example of..."
