They didnt contact me for an interview, I had to keep calling and bugging, before they finally said, ok come on in. When I got there the assistant manager interviewed me, took about 15 minutes total time. He asked a total of 5 questions. He was writing the whole time, scoring me, i would imagine. When done he said that he inputs the information into the computer and the computer makes the decision

pretty general run of the mill questions, scenarios regarding how one would react to different customer problems
There was only one interview required after filling out the online form. I spoke with the store owner/manager and heard back quickly. A drug test is the next and final step.

Asked questions about communication, examples of challenges.
It was very easy and laid back, I still dressed the part but the location mostly hired young adults and high schoolers anyways, so the bar was not super high to begin with.
It was simple and easy. The store manager promptly followed up with me and scheduled an interview that consisted of normal interview questions. I then moved into the onboarding process.
