I was disappointed with the interview process and the organization of the company. I arrived the customary 15-20 minutes early and checked in with reception. The appointment had been re-scheduled twice - I would not have even known about the most recent date change had I not called to confirm with HR in the afternoon of the prior business day. After arriving, I was in the lobby until 15 minutes after the interview was supposed to commence. The receptionist called me to the desk and told me she could not locate my first appointment and the recruiter just told me to sight tight. I was in the lobby until 35 minutes after the first interview. Finally, my 2nd appointment came down to greet me and took me to his office. He seemed dis-interested until I touched on a subject which caught his attention. At the end of the session he gave me positive feedback. My next two appointments were fairly uneventful; neither interviewer pushed me nor seemed particularly interested. Due to the lack of organization by the company I had chosen to reject the position regardless of whether or not it was offered. A company would immediately reject you if you showed up 35 minutes late for an interview - the same standard should be held against them.
