The interview process was very friendly. Unlike other places, they didn’t really interrogate me at all. Instead, I had the opportunity to ask alllll kinds of questions and get everyone’s perspectives!

Good, friendly, values thinking outside of the bubble. Be personable and be ready to answer very tailored questions in regards to the institution and your fit into the teaching-scholar model.

Teaching demonstration and research talk, interviews with faculty in the academic department, the Provost and Dean. The whole process took almost two days and is pretty grueling, but just be yourself, and people are nice, and there because they already think you're a good fit.
