My interview process was easy, the whole thing from applying to being offered a job took less than 2 weeks. I applied online passed all the online tests and a week later was offered an interview. Went to the store for the interview met the manager and was taken to a room where she interviewed me. She asked questions basically to get to know i.e. what have I been doing?, any hobbies? and why Waitrose. We then went through some more questions that were standard questions. I was then presented with a booklet and inside had a scenario with 5 questions, I had 15 minutes to write down notes for each question, afterwards the manager went through the questions and I explained my answers. INTERVIEW OVER. Next day got a call to tell me I had the job and the induction was arranged for the following week.

A group assessment. 2 groups of 3 people. We had 5 minutes to read the situational task and then 20 minutes to discuss between each other the answers/options. We were being assessed on how we interact with one another.
