Fairly basic. Questions are fairly straightforward. Relaxed interview. Know stuff around the area you've applied for. For example meat and fish counter. know basic combinations of food that would go well.

They asked some basic questions; it was a very friendly atmosphere; the recruitment process is very straightforward; I think it takes no more than two weeks. First a telephone interview, then an interview with the managers
it was a normal customer service interview with competency and situational questions and questions about yourself and all that kind of stuff. very basic part-time job interview that anyone could get through
