The interview process was fairly simple. It consisted of a face to face interview and group assessment centre. The group assessment consisted of various tasks, which required input from all participants. The face to face interview was very standard, and nothing out of the ordinary.

Online test multiple choice scenario questions an ranking yourself, then 2nd stage is interview and work in group to solve questions like e.g. what do you do if we don't have a certain product a customer wants

Group interview, had several people split into smaller groups which they then asked to collaborate on questions. Seemed important to be communicative, and open to the feedback of others interviewing.
