Entrevista
Applied online, did an online test and was then invited for a group interview, and then a 1 on 1 interview. The group interview was pretty standard - gave a scenario, and you had to demonstrate you had the required teamwork skills and ability to solve a problem/contribute to company etc.
The one on one interview followed on a few days later; was competency based and the interviewer was really nice. I only had experience based on university and other odd work experiences, so used those to display required team work skills, ability to adapt etc.

Give an example of when you have faced a challenging situation, and how you coped with it?
Good interview proccess well communicated the manager felt human as opposed to some robot interviewing me. Started with a simple phone call then in person interview where i went into the local shop.

Entrevista
Great. Very casual, spoke about training. Enjoyed the process. They asked about what days and times I could work, and any areas I would like to focus on and career progression.
Very tough questions at group interview station. Super friendly interviewer but intimidating group of people. Seems they favour people with higher educational backgrounds. Discontinued application at this stage in the process.
