I had an extremely disappointing experience. Initially, there were several rigorous rounds of evaluation. During the HR interview, I was asked for assurance that I would join the organization if selected. However, after clearing all the rounds, I was unexpectedly ghosted by the team. Despite reaching out, I only received vague responses, stating that my profile was on hold as they needed more time for processing. I understand that evaluating other candidates is a part of the process, but being ghosted after successfully completing 3 out of 4 rounds is unacceptable. This experience was a waste of my time, and I advise others to consider this before engaging with the organization
