The process is lengthy but effective. Went through 4 appointments in the interview process which allows for no impulse decisions as well as the ability to ask specific and details questions at each step including the time to do your homework after each step. Each appt was over an hour and each one covered more information what the position and the company provided for the FA. It is your job to ask any questions as well as determine if you want to go onto the next appt for further information. Very genuine people with whom I met and felt they answered all the questions I had with no hesitancy or pressure to make a decision.

Spoke to a representative at the career fair. Then they followed up with an email and a pre-screening questionnaire. Then a phone call interview. Next day received an email with their decision.
