I was approached by a recruiter on LinkedIn. We discussed initially and she sent my CV to Vapor Rail a Wabtec company. I got invited for an online 1h interview. The interview was very simple and mostly yes/no questions in both French & English. Later, I was invited for onsite visit. A week later, the job description was announced on the company's careers section. Few days later, I got to know that I didn't get the job and the job had been offered to someone else even before my initial interview! I had been played as a buffer in the hiring process.
