The interview process was very easy, I was reached out by staff scientist for 15 min phone call. In this phone call we talked about my previous experience and how I could be good fit for the role. Soon I received an email from the post docs who were part of the team for phone interview. We had 30 min phone call two days later and talked about my background and experience, the position and projects they were working. After phone interview with postdocs, HR called me for phone interview and ask me some HR related questions. After few days I was invited for in person interview where I met the hiring manager, post docs and the head of the operations. The interview was very easy basic questions like tell me about yourself, future plans, past experience. We also talked about the projects I was going to be working.

I applied for the position in October and didn't hear anything until November. First I was sent a pre-interview questionnaire that I had to fill out. After sending it, I didn't hear anything for a week until I was scheduled for two interviews with HR. After HR, I scheduled an interview with the hiring manager. From that interview, she told me the next steps would be a three-panel interview with different teams, all on the same day. After those inteviews, It took another three weeks to receive a rejection email. Overall I found the experience lost and stressful.
