The whole process took about two weeks. I met with the CEO and the president, they are very nice people, the CEO is the father and shortly you can feel the respect. They were very open to hear about what I know about HVAC. They explained in details the process of designing an HVAC system and they were open to answer my questions. over all it was a very positive experince
