Got an email to set up a phone interview for CBD Production Support and was very excited since I enjoy their products and was looking for another job in the industry. I have 2 years of previous cannabis production experience and am passionate about what I do so I figured it would be in the bag for me. I did my phone interview and they set up an in person interview for the following week (was supposed to be today) and was told I would receive a confirmation email with details and their address. I never received this email Friday, then didn't receive it Monday but figured it was a holiday so was expecting to get the email this morning. Cutting it super close but it's whatever I was just excited for the opportunity. Then I wake up and still haven't received an email. I sent them an email and a text message to try to check in and see if the interview was still happening and if I could get the address. Not only did they not respond but they left me on read through text. Noon comes and I texted them again saying I would've appreciated some communication and I can handle rejection and that I don't appreciate the unprofessionalism. And of course they are purposely not reading the texts but I know they saw them lol. Just all around super disrespectful and unprofessional.
