This was a long process that was not hard but it was ill-defined and cumbersome b/c there were many approvals through the colleges that were unavoidable. I was not able to negotiate any details regarding my salary or job description. The description was very broad as to incorporate every potential skill they would want to call upon. The interview alluded to being an environment allowing employees to pitch ideas and work in new areas of interest.
