Strenuous but fast 5 step process: Application form, timed numerical test, personality test, timed video interview, virtual assessment centre and then verbal offer. Set aside a day at least to research the job role and practice interview answers.

Within 30 minutes after I submitted my application through Handshake, I received a HireView interview. It included around 7 behavioral questions and 2 problem solving questions. Before you answers the questions, there was a video from their team at WTW that explained their process and gave advice.
