The interview process started with Willis Towers Watson's India recruiting team via a phone call and there were about 3 rounds of interviews with the hiring manager and team. The interviews were mostly on the technical areas related to the job.

Online, several rounds including competency questions, case studies, group work and relaying answers within time constrains. You were supported if there were any technical issues, and they were forgiving about if your line dropped out

Videochiamata su Teams con due membri del team con cui poi avrei lavorato. La posizione aperta era per analista attuariale, ramo pensioni. Sono stati gentili, anche se non ero la figura che stavano cercando.
