There was no interview. You have to pass a background check and a exam to obtain your Life and Health License. Once you pass the exam the recruiter will set you up with a start date. Your state date depends on how many spots the have for the next class.
Very easy to go through, passed my certification. I can’t recall exactly how it went because it’s years since I became a Benefit advisor. I think once you pass your certification, they immediately take you in for training. If you passed training you start working on floor.

Fantastic experience and very quick response time in my experience. My first interview was held in the morning and it so happened that I was moved to the next step. The hiring manager had open Availability that afternoon for a video interview. I completed that and was offered the job. Great experience and very positive vibes.
