Towers bring folks interviewing on the east coast up to their Philadelphia office to go through a day of interviews. There is a dinner the night before so individuals within the practice can meet and greet all of the candidates, and get a feel for fit within the organization. The next day you go through a day-long process with multiple interviews, including a group interview.
