I had a pre-screening interview with the recruiter and they kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. It was a very thorough interview and they gave me plenty of opportunity to demonstrate my abilities and talk about my achievements. I had to conduct a short presentation/training session. After accepting the offer I had to give three months notice to my previous employer and the Willis Towers Watson recruiter kept in touch with me right up until my induction day.
