The applicant will be subjected to a 3 step interview. The first step will involve the HR. They'll tell you about the benefits of working in the company and they'll ask you about your expected salary. The next step will involve the immediate supervisors who will ask about your technical abilities for the role. Lastly, the final interview will involve the higher ups.
