I only attend the first interview. The interview included letter writing and essay translation. The essay was related to this company. A 16 people debate with using English and Putonghua would be conducted after the written test. Finally, it would meet with the director and two graduate engineers to know more this company.

Entrevista
The interview process started with an online AI video interview. Candidates were invited to complete a HireVue-style assessment where prerecorded questions were presented and responses had to be recorded using the webcam. Each question allowed a short preparation time followed by a timed response. The questions focused on behavioural experiences, motivation for the role, and interest in the energy sector. The process was straightforward and took around 20–30 minutes to complete.
