The interview process is a multi-stage process for hiring new employees. Pretty stress free behavioural questions. Online application process then one way interview and assessment then 2x in person interviews. Both in persons were easy going and with different members of the team you are applying for.
Good interview in general. They asked me fair questions which were relevant to the job.Three people participated from the employer. Relatively efficient process from start to finish, including two rounds of interviews
The interview included application screening, an introductory conversation, a skills scenario, behavioral questions, and a culture discussion, ending with candidate questions, feedback, and clear next steps communicated in a professional, structured, and supportive manner.
