I was hired for this role at one of the companies that WSP USA purchased in the last year. A recruiter for my department found my resume online and contacted me for a phone screening. I conducted another phone screening/casual phone interview with the hiring manager, then had to wait a few months for my paperwork to go through the client's process. I was hired on without any serious or structured interviews, just through resume review and casual phone conversations with the hiring manager.
