About a month after submitting the application, they asked to set up an interview. I met with three engineers in their Structures department for about an hour. They described the position, WSP's culture, and asked me about my courses/experience.

Interviewed at Newark office. Mostly questions about my resume, behavioral questions. was not hard at all. gave me an opportunity to meet people around the office. meet some alumni who convinced me that I was at a good place.
