This was my best interview experience ever.
There were 3 people in the interview panel. They made entire experience tension free. It was more like a discussion. I just had one round of interview and it went up to 1 hour.

2 Round interview one with Engineers and one with project team leads first round was more technical second round was more behavioral and gettting to know team leads and project managers
Interview with WSP was based on communication and collaboration based questions. It focused on walking through my resume and talking to multple team members about my past exeriences and future goals
