Telephone interview, pretty difficult. Situational questions, where you had to describe a time when a certain thing occurred and you had to describe how you overcame it. Didn't ask me to explain who I am etc. Went straight into questions, and didn't really explain what the job was even. Seemed to be interested in hiring a Waterloo student.

2 Round interview one with Engineers and one with project team leads first round was more technical second round was more behavioral and gettting to know team leads and project managers
Interview with WSP was based on communication and collaboration based questions. It focused on walking through my resume and talking to multple team members about my past exeriences and future goals
