The interview process lasted around 1 hour. They had me shadowing a lady doing CSR work. Then, I proceed to the interview. They asked me around 18 questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. They people interviewing me were polite.

The interview process was one of the easiest I’ve experienced compared to other jobs I’ve applied to. I applied on Linkedin and received a callback to schedule an interview four days later. My interview was scheduled a week after speaking to a recruiter. On the day of my interview I was interviewed by two managers and my interview lasted about 30 minutes. I was told I would hear back within a week, but I received an offer that same day.
