Simple but fine-tuned. Very Professional and informative from start to finish the process is very well laid out. You are notified quickly and are given ample time check your schedule, making sure you have an interview time that works for you.

I was asked about my experience handling difficult customers and explain a time and how I handled it.
Phone interview. Easy. Had to talk to a couple different people until the offer came for hiring. Typical questions just want to make sure you are able to have a good high speed connection and have basic computer skills
Typical time to receive information about setting up an interview. HR staff is very professional and courteous. Seem to have a good system to prioritize potential candidates. Good experience and flexible.

The interview process was very simple and the interviewer created a very comfortable environment to express your feelings freely , she took her time and went over everything with me and the expectations that the company is looking for.
