I applied through a recruitment agency for an Intermmediate Electrical Design Engineer role. After sending across the CV to the agency I waited for around a week for them to get back. The interview was scheduled within two days of confirmation. It was a face to face interview with one of the partners. I was asked about the previous work experience and the challenges that I faced. The partner gave his decision on the spot and explained about the compensation and benefits and other rules. I was given a formal employment form that I had to fill up. Overall it was very easy and comfortable.
