I have had 2 incredibly disappointing and unprofessional interview experiences with WPP. The first was for a position where I completed FOUR interviews and then was totally ghosted and ignored by the recruiter when I repeatedly checked in and asked for updates. I eventually received an automated rejection response from the company weeks after my final interview. This was frustrating, but my second experience truly blew the previous one out of the water. I did 3 interviews for an entry-level role, including an in-person one that required me to travel to their office (just to sit on a zoom call with a team member in another country, mind you). A week after this final interview, the recruiter called me to tell me that they were fully prepared to make me an offer but a higher-up (not even someone I'd interviewed with) insisted that they go back to the beginning and find new candidates because the pool wasn't big enough to begin with. She told me that we could check in later that week, and I told her I was willing to wait a little bit because WPP was my top choice. Almost a full month later, I received a rejection email saying that she "thoroughly enjoyed our time together" but they'd chosen to go with another candidate. TL;DR: If this is how WPP treats potential employees during interview processes, I shudder to think how they treat people who have already bought in. They were dismissive, utterly disrespectful of my time, and showed their true colors through these processes. Sorry WPP, but I won't be giving you a third chance.

Very intricate, had about 5 interviews with the team and spoke with the HR coordinator many times. I spoke with. 3 senior levels of the team, it was a very enjoyable experience but definitely needed to know your stuff.

Had a phone interview and then a Teams interview. Overall seemed like a positive process, the recruiter and the two interviewers were very friendly. I also was provided feedback over the phone which I was grateful for.
