Entrevista
I had one interview with the company. They called me in and I was sat facing two recently hired staff. It was fairly informal and friendly. They asked me about advertising and marketing and why it interested me. I had been told beforehand to provide details of advertising that had really struck me, that I had found engaging and they asked me about the choices I made. They looked at my CV and spoke about some things they had highlighted and what was significant about those companies' marketing techniques. I was told I had the job less than a month later.
It was not a difficult interview provided the interviewee came prepared. They were very engaging and it felt more like a discussion that anything else.

I was asked to name an arbitrary brand whose marketing techniques I admired. It was implied that I should select a company different from the prepared ones I had researched.

After sending in my application, I got a screening call the day after which is very prompt. Then, an interview session was scheduled for the day after that. The next day, after the interview, I received the outcome of my application. The process is very fast and not time consuming at all

I interviewed for an internship position at WPP Shanghai. I got a phone interview and it only took five minutes. The questions were basic and simple. I thought I didn't pass the interview because the time was so short. However, I received a call one day after the interview and HR told me that I passed the interview.

Entrevista
They first call me for aptitude test followed by interview round. But overall process was very slow.
Thd result for apptitude was given to me in the couple of weeks and same with interview. The employees are only confused about they selection process.
Really dissatisfied by there offer and all the process.
