I applied online and heard back about a first-round interview within 1-2 weeks. The first-round interview was on zoom with a member of the HR department. Some questions were situational and others were questions about my experience, education, and hobbies. I heard back about a second-round interview around 2 weeks after. The second-round interview was also on zoom but with my future boss. The second-round interview was a lot shorter and more relaxed. I heard back about 2-3 days after the second-round and received an offer for the position. Interviewing at WPG was much more sufficient and timely than any other company I have interviewed for thus far. The HR department is clearly on top of their job and happy to help with any questions you may encounter.
