The approach was friendly and warm. The HR and interviewer was also nice HOWEVER they will give you an assignment on how to contribute to their marketing strategy and after you submit it, they will ghost you! Maybe they will just use your ideas for their own benefit. To the HRs, please revert to your candidates even if they are rejected after the first round. Any updates is better than no update at all.
