One of the worst Hiring process ever.
The CEO gave an pretty impressive speech about the company.
First was aptitude round and program(written) round which was normal.People knowing basic concepts of aptitude and programming can crack it.
More than 200 were shortlisted for 5 or 6 vacancies.The interview was an complete mess because of the inexperienced HRs.Most of them were very young that they must not be more than 25 years.
The HR was not so friendly and she asked me to explain my program and kept on saying my program was wrong(which worked fine by the way ).That's it.She said I can leave.One of my worst Interview experiences ever.

Entrevista
Online mode interview process. First round is the written test of aptitude technical questions a, Essay and two programming question. Time was limited .The questions are difficult. Prepare well on arrays, strings.
Three rounds will be there.All the three was Easy(Aptitue, technical HR, Personal HR). Be strong in basics. You will be asked to write code sometimes just to check the logic. Have a good attitude.
