I have done one Telephonic technical interview and It has been taken by a non technical person manager. It was going only 15 min and he was very arrogant person showing as like more technical but i knew about him one of my friend also working in same org. Finally he has shortlisted me in that round . I got a call from HR for 2nd round . Same person was interviewer again for F2F . I reached at exact time but he was not interested to took interview . He met me after 20 min and said I am busy and i don't do any thing . Lets start interview after 4:15pm, I said okay because i don't have a option. He met me at 4:20pm and said I have a stand-up meeting, it is not in my hand and i will not finished it in next 10 min only, he went away, I was trying to reach out HR, She and He both were not picking my call, I send a whatApps message to HR " Please confirm should I left or still wait" she said you have to wait but the arrogant person come around 5:30pm and he was not in mood to took interview. In second round he asked only same questions those asked in 1st round by him nothing new and i explained in same manner. Note: Fully unprofessional people..Worst Recruiting persons. If you have i time to waste then you should go, otherwise don't go there. There was a very BPO crowed.
