Initial call with a lovely talent team advisor, who was really enthusiastic and seemed really lovely. They took my details and talked a bit about the role. Then said they would forward my CV to the hiring team for consideration and get back within the day. It took 3 days after which I reached out to check on the status of my application and was told I hadn't been selected for the next stage as I apparently lacked experience in something that was clearly outlined in my CV.
